Biosolids Capacity Expansion Project Contract No. 3 - Equipment Installation and Related Work

Project consists of demolishing existing equipment, furnishing and installing of sludge processing equipment and related improvements in the existing solids handling building, the existing sludge pavilion, and in the dryer building currently being constructed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications. The principal process equipment in the solids handling building includes sludge pumps and a polymer storage and feed system for conditioning sludge. The primary equipment in the dryer building includes four belt filter presses pre-purchased by the county from bdp, and two thermal belt dryer trains pre-purchased by the county from andritz. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. The due date for questions regarding the bid is 3:00 PM on Thursday, November 20, 2025.
