This project consists installation of new water main, service connections, fire hydrants, and resurfacing of roadway with hot mix asphalt on within Blevins Road North (#50990).SEALED BIDS will be received for the improvement of Evergreen Estates Water Main Extension, Road No 50990, MP 0.00 to MP 0.16 vicinity, CRP 2062 (Range $ 250,000 to $ 350,000), at the office of the County Commissioners, located in Building 1, 411 North 5th Street, Shelton, Washington, 98584, until 9:00 a.m., Friday, April 10, 2026. Submitted bids will be publicly opened and read in the Commissioner Chambers, Building I, immediately thereafter. Sealed Bids received after the specified opening time will not be accepted.This project is funded through the Washington State Community Development Block Grant program with federal funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. All work performed on this project will be subject to the higher of the prevailing federal or state wage rates.
