Chiller / Boiler Maintenance

Work includes (1) perform annual maintenance to chiller, air handlers and cooling towers and related equipment. Rod out chiller tubes and perform eddy current test. Replace internal and external oil filters on chiller compressors. Check for refrigerant leaks, inspect all electrical components associated with chiller. Lube all motor and pumps, replace drive belts, clean cooling tower and grids, clean out screens in condenser water loop. Clean contactors and mag starters and check all electrical connections associated with pump motors including all hoa switches. Maintenance vfds where applicable remove all trash. Provide quote for any recommended repairs that are needed not associated with maintenance; etc, see attached file. Q&A deadline October 24, 2025 at 9am. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
