Shoulder improvements - aggregate. Base material ty. I or ii no. 21a or 21b; machining shoulders; liquid asphalt; asphalt concrete; liquid asphalt coating (rumble strip); rumble strip sinusoidal asphalt; guardrail; signs and pavement marking. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
