Description

A&E professional services expected for the environmental, planning, design, procurement, construction support and commissioning for a high-speed railway system, and one pool of small business contractors for utility relocations, surveying, right-of-way acquisition support, geotechnical investigation, construction contract administration, construction inspections, roadway engineering, specialty consultancy, and advisory services. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Last day to submit written questions by 11/24/2025 12 p.m. Pacific Time.
