Description

Furnishing and maintaining traffic control; protecting or adjusting utility facilities, removing asphalt concrete roadway surfacing by cold planing or excavating; performing hot mix asphalt dig out repairs; replacing traffic signal detector loops and related facilities; placing pavement fabric or grid, placing hot mix asphalt overlays, placement of roadside signs and other related items as per the plans & specs Questions or requests for clarifications regarding the project, the bid procedures or any of the contract documents must be submitted in writing to Edward Nakayama, Seniour Civil Engineer at enakayama@fremont.gov.
