Fair Housing Program (RFP)

Provide qualified organizations for the development, implementation, and administration of a fair housing program beginning january 1, 2026. The program shall include education, outreach, testing, and referral services related to both federal and state fair housing and tenant protection laws. While federal requirements form the foundation of fair housing enforcement, it is equally vital at the local level to provide education on state tenant protection laws, such as those addressing rent stabilization, just-cause eviction, tenant discrimination or harassment, etc. Current state laws are not explicitly required under federal regulations, but their enforcement and public awareness are critical to ensuring anaheim residents are fully informed of their rights and protections under the law. The initial term of the contract is anticipated to be for 18 months with the possibility of three (3), one-year extensions. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Question Submission Deadline September 26, 2025, 5:00pm.
