2025-26 Hilliard Darby High School Retention Basin Rehabilitation Project (ST-27)

The 2025-26 Darby High School Retention Basin Rehabilitation Project (ST-27) consists of the rehabilitation of the Stormwater Retention Basin located east of Hilliard Darby High School and adjacent to Merchant Park near Downtown Hilliard. Work also consists of the haul-off and disposal of sediment dredged from three city stormwater basins. The sediment from the three basins was dredged in 2025 and is currently stored on the banks of each basin to allow for drying. The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $918,198.00. No bid will be accepted if it exceeds the City Engineer's estimate on the base bid by more than ten percent (10%). Tree removal dates are limited to November 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026. Rehabilitation work around the basin shall commence after June 1,2026. The Final Completion Date is August 15, 2026. This project is being funded through local funds. State prevailing wage applies to this project. There is no DBE goal. Please review the "Information for Bidders" in the Attachment List for additional information.
