Description

Provide professional services for the update and modernization of its Bus Stop Guidelines. The successful firm will work in close coordination with C-TRAN staff to develop a comprehensive, compliant, and forward-looking set of standards for the entire C-TRAN service area. Questions Due February 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM. C-TRAN may elect to extend this Agreement by extending this agreement for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
