Description

Design, implement, and operate a large-scale, statewide professional development project that supports high performing literacy and basic skills adult education programs. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Bidders are required to submit an Intent to Submit a Proposal, by mail or email that must be received by November 19, 2025, at 5:00 pm PDT. Please do not submit your questions to this Fi$Cal advertisement; instead, you must formally submit your questions in writing to Jennifer Boone, Career and College Transition Division, by email at jboone@cde.ca.gov, or by mail. All questions must be submitted to the CDE by November 19, 2025, at 5:00 pm PDT. Please refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP), Section 2.6, Questions and Clarifications.
