Description

The project includes a 10,445 square foot interior renovation on the second floor of the Rio and Horizon Towers at University Hospital, located at 4502 Medical Drive in San Antonio, Texas. The objective of this project is to relocate the surgical pathology, histology, and cytology labs currently located on the third floor of Rio Tower. The project space currently serves as temporary office and storage space, neurodiagnostic center, radiology, and procedure area. The project will include a full demolition and rebuilding of the space. Life safety and fire protection systems will be impacted, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
