Out of District Transportation

Westfield Public Schools (WPS) is soliciting proposals for Out of District Transportation services, as detailed in RFP number BD-26-1170-WFLDS-WPS-121958. The main purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified vendor to provide transportation for students to and from out-of-district educational placements. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, providing safe, reliable, and timely transportation for students with diverse needs to various locations outside of the Westfield Public Schools district. Key requirements include: * Adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations regarding student transportation. * Providing qualified and trained drivers with appropriate background checks. * Maintaining a fleet of vehicles that meet safety standards and are properly insured. * Demonstrated experience in transporting students with special needs is highly desirable. * The bid opening date is December 3, 2025.
