Alex Sanger Preparatory School - Renovation

Project consists of the following select renovation of existing building interior. (approximately 16,971 sf). Includes new administrative office; new staff break room and nurse clinic; new kitchen; new cafeteria/gymnasium; new auditorium/gymnasium; select renovations to classrooms; new "cafe" space; new storage rooms and new staff restroom on the second floor. Completed CSP Package Part 1-A, 1-B and 1-C are due on Tuesday, 02/24/2026 at 2:00 PM (local time). Completed CSP Package Part 2 is due on Wednesday, 02/25/2026 at 3:30 PM (local time). This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. SBE goal is 30%. Questions due 02/09/26.
