THIS BID REPLACES # S-P00140-00015905. EWEB wishes to procure eight 33 MVA transformers for future use in its substations located in Eugene, Oregon. The Contract will be a multi unit, multiyear agreement that will require a bond ability letter from Bidders surety for Contract execution
