The purpose of this URFP is to solicit unsealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a contract through competitive negotiations for the DBHDS to partner with an entity to bring Emotional CPR (eCPR) to Virginians and to also train four new Emotional CPR trainers who can teach Emotional CPR across the Commonwealth
