Construction Management and Inspection for the City of Sausalito Dunphy Park Improvement Phase 2 Project

The City of Sausalito (“City”) received construction bids on September 23 for Phase 2 of its Dunphy Park Improvements Phase 2 Project, involving construction along the southern portion of Dunphy Park and the adjacent shoreline. The construction includes areas identified as environmentally sensitive sites and remnants of a former landfill. Phase 1 of the park was completed in 2017, and the park has been in operation since then. Phase 2 will complete the remainder of the original master plan, including shoreline stabilization to reduce erosion, support ecological function, and create a living shoreline; site grading; installation of accessible pedestrian paths; landscaping with native and adaptive vegetation; irrigation; placement of benches and picnic tables; and utility coordination.
