Restroom remodel on the lower level of the downtown library. All questions shall be directed to the Construction Officer at 309-732-2906. A pre-bid meeting was held on 01/06/26 at 10:00 AM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
