Continuing General Consulting Services (Request for Qualifications)

Provide airport engineering; civil engineering (site development, roadway design, drainage design); airport planning; airport common/shared use passenger processing system planning and design; architecture planning and design; sustainability, resilience, and energy-related assignments; mechanical engineering; interior design; electrical engineering; geotechnical engineering; environmental engineering; electronic systems design (fire alarm, security access control and building hvac and systems control); communications/it systems design (voice and data communications); cost estimating/scheduling. See attached file. Request for Clarification Deadline November 6, 2025, 5:00pm. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The Contract is planned to commence on April 2, 2026 and continue through April 1, 2031. Provide services for projects in which the estimated construction cost of the individual project does not exceed $7.5 million and for study activity if the fee for services for the individual study does not exceed $500,000.
