Description

Project consists of work associated with the removal and providing of door leafs, select frames and all associated hardware. Wi-fi locksets to be salvaged and reinstalled. Select areas of fire glazing replacement in door leafs. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this project. Bidders shall make arrangements for appointment to access and view the building, by contacting Mr. Ken Bain, Superintendent of Buildings & Grounds, at (518) 638-8243, ext. 520.
