Dublin Road Water Plant Filter Media Replacement, Tunnel Repair, and Lubricant Storage Building project The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities is receiving bids until November 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time for construction of the Division of Water’s Dublin Road Water Plant Filter Media Replacement, Tunnel Repair, and Lubricant Storage Building project, C.I.P. No. 691100-100002, the work for which consists of: The removal and replacement of all granular activated carbon filter media in the eighteen (18) gravity filters at the DRWP, Demolition and replacement of the existing top slab of the Utility Tunnel, Demolition of existing wooden Lubricant Storage Building foundation and apron, and other work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB). Bids are to be submitted only at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies shall not be accepted. All questions concerning this project are to be sent to DPUConstructionBids@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions will be November 4, 2025, phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com as an addendum. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City’s Vendor Services web site and all addenda will be posted on www.bidexpress.com. A pre-bid meeting will be held. The City will be holding a pre-bid conference. Attendance is strongly recommended. It will be held at 940 Dublin Road on October 27, 2025, at 1:30 P.M., Visitors will need to sign in at the front desk upon arrival and meet in the 2nd floor conference room.
