Description

Provide case management/housing navigation services to PEH and those at-risk of homelessness within the city. Q&A deadline is on 01/26/26, 5:00 PM. Term of contract will be for 1 year, from 07/01/26 - 06/30/27, with 3 additional 1 year each extension options. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Addendum #1 issued.
