City of Crescent City Wastewater Treatment Plant Outfall Inspection Project (RFQ)

Manage and lead the city wastewater treatment plant outfall inspection project, including the development of timelines, establishing deadlines, and providing updates. Inspect each component externally where exposed for general condition, damage and corrosion. Blind flanges are to be unbolted and opened so that they can be visually inspected from the inside. Locations which cannot be physically inspected due to wave wash (creating unsafe conditions for divers) may be covered by general observations from above during low tide and minimum swell to document any visible damage. Both outfall lines will be inspected internally by means of a remotely operated camera. See outside link. Q&A deadline is on 10/08/25.
