Church Street Park Cricket Field Lighting Upgrade–Installation Service

The Town of Morrisville is soliciting bids for the Church Street Park Cricket Field Lighting Upgrade – Installation Services Project. For questions, please email bids@morrisvillenc.gov. Bids will be received on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 until 11:30 AM EST in PDF format to bids@morrisvillenc.gov. The contract is to be awarded to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder, provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the bidding documents, is judged to be reasonable, and does not exceed the funds available. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to award the contract, which in its judgment is in the best interest of the Town. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on Monday, March 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at Church Street Park Picnic Shelter Pavilion located at 5817 Cricket Pitch Way, Morrisville, NC. Addendum #1 – will be posted by end of day on March 31, 2026, if needed.
