Description

Work consists of replacement of the existing boiler in the utility building with three (3) smaller, modular style condensing boilers. Connection of new boilers, boiler pumps and existing equipment in the utility building to a new JACE controller. Pre-bid meeting was held on 10/23/25, 9:00 AM at Clovis Community College 10309 N. Willow Ave, Fresno, CA 93730 Meet at Central Plant vehicle gate. Q&A deadline is on 11/06/25, 2:00 PM. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Addendum #1 issued, pre-bid sign-in sheet issued and Q&A set #1 issued.
