Description

Project will reclaim approximately 2.6 acres of land impacted by pastmining and illegal dumping. The trash will be removed from the site for lawful disposal. The coal refuse will be regraded, and the entire site will be capped with offsite borrow material. Work also involves clearing, grubbing, trash removal and disposal, trash pile backfill, application of soil cap, grading, underdrain installation, channel installation, sediment and erosion controls, and revegetation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. EDGE 5%. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
