Description

The City of Bloomington is seeking written Quotes to provide collection and proper recycling of paper for on-site shredding, and mattresses, electronics, appliances, tires, and scrap metal at our 2026 Citywide Recycling Drop-Off Event. Quote documents are available for preview and download using the online Quote System athttps://bloomingtonmn.bidsandtenders.net. Quote documents are available for viewing with a “preview” watermark. Interested parties must create a Bids and Tenders account in order to submit Quote documents. Documents are not provided or received in any other manner.
