Request for Proposals- Senior Services Assessment & Plan

The City of East Palo Alto is seeking proposals from qualified organizations/individuals to perform a Strategic Assessment and Plan of Senior Services in the community.The Community Services Division is responsible for Senior Services operations and partnerships in the City, which includes supporting the Senior Advisory Committee, an advisory body whose members are appointed by the City Council. It is their responsibility to recruit community members to the board who represent the myriad of skill/talent, interests, and cultural diversity of the community.  Along with managing Senior Services for the City, the division is responsible for maintaining the City’s partnership with the non-profit, East Palo Alto Senior Center Inc. (EPASCI), who operates the lone senior center in the community out of a City facility.The Community Services Division is led by the Community Services Manager, who is also responsible for the City’s parks and recreation programs.
