Howard P. Tillotson Parkway Extension Project

Maintenance of temporary security fencing, the demolition and removal of existing site features. The improvements will include, but are not limited to constructing a multi-use trail with landscaping for an 800- by 50-foot parkway. A 10-foot-wide asphalt concrete pathway consisting of decomposed granite trail shoulders, rockery wall, storm drain adjustment, bollards, rough and finish grading, temporary erosion control measures and stormwater bmps, new landscaping, vegetative swales, boulder installation, new irrigation system improvements, electrical system modifications, electrical conduit, and pedestrian lighting. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
