Description

Provide the core services of warming centers to assist the county in meeting the requirements of 18 nycrr 304, emergency measures for the homeless during inclement winter weather. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions or clarifications of items in this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be submitted in writing to the contact person listed no later than close of business April 9, 2026.
