Description
The purpose of this ITB is to establish a contract for the St. Helens Fiberboard Facility - Interim Removal Action Measure. Primary objectives of the Work include removal of soil, sediment and wood wastes, restoration to provide equivalent or improved ecological function, protection of the IRAM Area from future natural and anthropogenic disturbances and recontamination, completion of the IRAM in a manner that does not preclude future cleanup actions and implementation
