Provide professional services for completion of preliminary engineering, public outreach, stakeholder outreach, utility coordination, right-of-way, environmental clearance, final design, preparation of plans, special provisions/technical specifications and estimate, bidding assistance and design services during construction for the dixieanne alleyways improvements project.
