Description

The project base scope includes floor replacement and painting work inside both the buildings in classrooms and library/multi-purpose rooms located on both floors. Full floor replacement is required in 6 rooms/areas. New vinyl base will be installed in all rooms with full floor replacement. Existing carpet or vct tiles will be replaced with carpet tiles (library) and vct tiles. Some electrical demolition is required in annex library and multi-purpose room 218. See attached file.
