Bastrop County Complex HVAC Replacement

HVAC, Base work includes replacement of the HVAC systems in thecourthouse including the addition/extension, the outside mechanical plant, and the Annex buildingthroughout. Remove and restore building assemblies throughout as required to complete thereplacement of the HVAC system. Extend one existing stair in the Annex building to access the roofincluding a light gauged metal framed penthouse enclosure with metal roof deck, metal siding, and TPOroofing. Structural steel modifications to Annex building to support new stair penthouse and new steeldunnage to support roof top HVAC units. Modification and repairs to exterior envelope for roof and wallpenetrations for weathertight assembly. Site work limited to demo and installation of below grade HVAClines, and restoration of site affected by HVAC work. Asbestos and lead abatement coincident to thework of this contract
