Description
The Massachusetts MCB Finance department (MCB1) is soliciting proposals for the Deaf-Blind Community Access Network (DBCAN) Program under RFP number BD-26-1065-MCB1-1-125405.
The primary purpose of this RFP is to establish a network that provides access and support to the deaf-blind community within Massachusetts.
