Comprehensive Storm Drain Plan 3-4 and Design of El Rivino Basin and Outlet Storm Drain (Line D) (RFP)

Qualified consultants to prepare Comprehensive Storm Drain Plan Community of Bloomington, City of Fontana, and City of Rialto and to design El Rivino Basin and Outlet Storm Drain (Line D) in the unincorporated Community of Bloomington and City of Rialto. The Contract period will be for a maximum of three (3) years beginning on the day the contract is awarded and ending on the completion of the Services, or three (3) years after the contract award date, whichever is earlier. There will be not be a pre-bid conference for this bid however, questions will be due in e-Pro on October 23, 2025 by 3:00 PM.
