Work include improvements of an existing sports field and recreation facility including demolition and removal of existing structures, paved and unpaved parking areas, puttputt area, underground irrigation system, underground water and sewer services, and existing site lighting system; installation of new paved and unpaved parking areas, new irrigation system with well, new water and sanitary sewer services, new underground storm sewer, new site sidewalks, asphalt entrance road realignment, site and field grading, and site and field landscaping This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
