2025 Conservation as a California Way of Life Technical Assistance Plan (RFP)

Provide qualified consultants to provide professional services for the development of its 2025 conservation as a California way of life technical assistance plan (cctap). Consultants submitting proposals must demonstrate expertise and experience in developing and implementing water use efficiency strategic plans. Proficiency in water use efficiency and conservation, public water system legislative compliance, water distribution, treatment, system hydraulics, system planning, capital improvement projects, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems is required. Experience in operating and maintaining water facilities is also highly desirable. See attached file. Question Submission Deadline October 16, 2025, 12:00pm.
