Provide bi-annual exterior cleaning services for WMATA's railcar fleets with a one (1) base year Period of Performance (POP) and four (4) one (1) year options. Question Due Date Jan 26, 2026 12:00PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
