Includes abatement and remediation of building. Demolition of the newer building additions as shown on design documents and renovation of original building garage bays portion of the original building. New office area, and restroom. Includes all new MEP related systems for renovation of building to remain. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. All questions must be submitted in writing and emailed to procurement@westhartfordct.gov by November 11, 2025.
