CHDO and CBDO Services Related to Grant Apps. Submitted by Bartow Co. and Associated Municipalities for FY2026 (Request for Qualifications)

To serve grant application and grant project development during fiscal year 2026. Plans are to conditionally contract for general CHDO/CBDO services as needed with multiple qualified CHDO/CBDO firms with diverse specialties. Typical grant projects may include community development, economic development, housing and/or public facilities projects. Project specific details, including project activities, grant funds and public benefit, will be made available to all interested parties during the grant application phase. Project budgets typically range from $200,000 – $2.5 million. CHDO/CBDO fees cannot exceed allowable grant maximums per federal grant requirements. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The deadline for submitting inquiries related to this project is November 20, 2025 5:00 PM.
