Louisville is seeking parking lot resurfacing services for Daughenbaugh Open Space improvement.

Description

Work includes excavation, repair, and resurfacing of approximately 10,000 SF of aggregate parking lot; installation of geotextile fabric and 10" of Class 6 road base aggregate; grading and compaction to 95% standard proctor; removal and reinstallation of 8 existing concrete wheel stops; removal and replacement of ~150 LF of timber curbing retaining wall; site restoration with native seed sowing and erosion control; demolition, hauling, staging, and public safety/traffic control. Add alternates include construction of a trailer/large vehicle parking area (~1,030 SF), installation of a hinged bollard, installation of ~230 LF of 3-rail post and dowel fencing, and installation of a 16' round barrier gate with posts.
