Engineering Services for Lead Lines 2026

The City of Superior, Wisconsin is requesting qualifications from engineering firms for design of a lead water line replacement project. The project includes funding through the State of Wisconsin Lead Service Line (LSL) Replacement Program, which is a subprogram of the Safe Drinking Water Loan Program (SDWLP) and is funded by the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Work shall comply with federal regulations. Construction is anticipated for construction year 2026. Design services solicited by this request include creation of a program for the replacement of lead service lines including the methodology for identifying target properties, public communication, and the design of lead service line replacements. This solicitation is a Qualification-Based Selection in accordance with the Brooks Act. No fees or proposed costs shall be submitted
