Description

Montrose County is accepting sealed bids from qualified asphalt producers to manufacture 15,000 tons of hot mix asphalt (HMA). The successful bidder shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to produce the specified asphalt. This bid solicitation is for material only.
