Demolition (including clearing and grubbing, trees, walkways, curbs, irrigation, signs, benches, etc. ); stormwater pollution prevention plan (swppp); earthwork (excavation, shoring, soil export, soil import, backfill compaction); landscaping (including planting, soil preparation; lighting (musco sport lighting, path lighting, security lighting); electrical service & components. MBE participation is 4%, WBE participation is 2%, SBE participation is 25%, EBE participation is 8%, and DVBE participation is 3% MANDATORY JOB WALK A job walk will be conducted by the Project Manager to familiarize bidders with the existing conditions that may affect the bids. The job walk will be September 18, 2025 at 10:00AM at 10943 Herrick Ave. Pacoima, CA 91331. Meet at the parking lot in the NW corner of Herrick Ave & Pierce St. The deadline for receipt of written technical questions is October 1, 2025. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
