Description

Provide roofing services for the Health Comprehensive Care Center. These services are to include, but are not limited to, removal of roofing and insulation down to the lightweight concrete deck, installation of Soprafix Base 613 cover board mechanically fastened through LWC into Steel Deck, the induction weld Sopralene Flam 180 FR GR SBS Modified Bitumen Membrane, the installation of flashings and accessories, and drainage installation. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. VENDOR INQUIRIES DUE No later than 12:00 P.M. ET, Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
