FY26 Anacostia River Sediment Project (ARSP) Remedial Action (RFP)

Seeking a remediation contractor who shall be required to work with OCP and DOEEto implement a remedial action (ra) at the river sediment project (arsp). The project involves (1) polychlorinated biphenyls (pcbs) remediation of eleven early action areas (eaas); and (2) dredging channels and sandbars in lake and that impede safe boating. The project includes navigational dredging in the Anacostia Main separate from the RA but potentially concurrent to leveraging its dewatering and treatment facilities—and may also involve future wetland mitigation or restoration work.
