INVITATION TO BID GALLATIN COUNTY 2026 ROAD CHIP SEALING AND ASSOCIATED PAVEMENT MARKING Sealed bids will be opened at the office of the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., 311 West Main, Bozeman, Montana for the following project: Chip sealing and associated pavement markings of approximately 27.1 miles of various roads in Gallatin County in accordance with the Bid Documents that can be obtained as set forth below. Bids must be submitted to the Gallatin County Clerk and Recorder, 311 W. Main, Room 204, Bozeman, MT 59715 no later than 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. Bids must be submitted on original forms furnished by Gallatin County and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to: Gallatin County Road and Bridge Department, and plainly marked on the outside “Bid Response – 2026 Road Chip Sealing and Associated Pavement Marking”.
