The Ohio Department of Veterans Services (ODVS/OVHS) is Requesting a Quote (RFQ) for replacement of flooring and cove base in various areas of the facility which include Treasury Dept., D-Unit Housekeeping Closet, 3-South Supply room, Giffin Chapel Restroom, with L.V.T. glue down floor. Approved Flooring: Armstrong Flooring Imperial Texture VCT Blue Gray 12-in W x 12-in L Commercial Vinal Tile Flooring. Model #51903031. Cove base standard 4” gray, 48”strips.A Mandatory Site Visit will be held at the Location to survey the facility and discuss the scope of work. The site visit will commence promptly at 9:30am on November 20, 2025, after signing in at the Secrest Main Enterance
