NOTICE OF MEETINGALASKA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATIONBOARD OF DIRECTORS - REGULAR MEETINGTHE AHFC BOARD OF DIRECTORS will meet at 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2026 at the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (“AHFC”) boardroom, 4300 Boniface Parkway, Anchorage, Alaska. The AGENDA will include: A. Consideration of a Resolution to Approve the GOAL Program Rating and Award Criteria, Also Known as the Qualified Allocation Plan, For use with the Greater Opportunities for Affordable Living Program; B. Board Committee Reports; C. Any other matters to come before the board. ONE OR MORE BOARD MEMBERS may participate in the meeting by conference call pursuant to as 18.56.040(b).
