Seeking qualified consultants to update the City-wide Transportation Master Plan, including Active Transportation Plan, Pavement Management Plan, Streets Capital Facilities Plan, Impact Fee Facilities Plan, SB-195 Compliance, and Transportation Utility Fee analysis. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
